Currently taking time out down in Devon (because of course three weeks at uni is too much!)

Lush food, not too much rain, I'm with my family, couldn't really ask for more.

This outfit was shot a few weeks ago and was pretty much my uniform of the summer.

Now that the clocks are going back in a week what I wouldn't give to be able to go bare armed instead of hiding underneath layers and layers of knitwear.

CITY BREAK

A city break.

One of the best holidays you can go on in my opinion. Because sometimes you want to do more than just lie on a beach.

This is a little collage I did for the latest edition of Nouse about what I would wear should I find myself exploring a fashionable city around the globe.

All white of course topped off with my fav new trainers and a bright bag for storing all those purchases that you are bound to make.

So as summer approaches but it is still definitely not warm enough to be without a few layers, white seems to be the only colour I want to reach for. (When was it ever not I guess!)

But head to toe? 

Not always everyone's cup of tea but for Nouse's summer edition, our lovely fashion editor and I each styled white three ways to give a guiding hand to those just jumping on the bandwagon.

As you can see my wearing of white mainly consists of the top to toe look with a few hints of colour. 

A red lip or a leopard sandal are my go to options but a striped top has never yet let me down.

Basically the pieces you see above are just on continuos rotation because they all go with each other. Pretty fab no?! That's the beauty of white. 

Easy peezy lemon squeezy.

What about you guys? Which one's your favourite?? And how do you wear your whites?! 

Oh and a quick (slightly nerdy) note, if you are going to wear top to toe whites they have got to be WHITE white. 

Not yellow, not slightly grey but as bright as you can get them. I suggest washing them with a colour catcher but that's just me!

WHITE THREE WAYS

All white evry'thang.

Nouse's first edition of the summer term embraces everything white. SS'14 was all about one of the best shade around and I couldn't be happier.

Our lovely fashion editor and I styled three of our own all white looks, photographed by us in an amazing gallery on campus.

APRIL HOTLIST

Spring is now well and truly upon us and I for one find it impossible to know what to wear. 

Even though the sun is out it’s just not quite warm enough for bare legs but then its too warm for tights. Oh the worries of us fashion victims!

Distressed jeans are the only things that seem to be the answer. So versatile & so cool, they are going to be a saving grace for this Spring (if I can find a pair that fits!-any suggestions welcome)

FRENCH MOUNTAINS

It was all too much...safe to say I got rather over excited in this sweetie shop!

An ah-mazing dinner for my dad's bday at Le Grenier. So freakin delish.

A few sneaky snap shots of my amazing week in the French mountains. 

It was the best week. Sun, snow, family and lots of delish food (actually far too much food! Trainers where are you?!)

I was in a little place called Alpe D'Huez where my little sis has been doing a season (yes that's her looking ridiculously brown in the piccy!) Whole family in a two bedroom apartment...interesting...but so much fun.

Back home now and having to get my head down and work for uni and also to try and earn some money. A wardrobe clear out is on the cards. EBay here I come!

MARCH HOTLIST

The hotlist this month is all about the accessory, just a little something to liven up an outfit, taking you seamlessly from winter to spring.

Needless to say the Breton stripe is a wardrobe essential and the perfect way to wear print if you are like me and a little apprehensive of all that colour.

And thank you to those who decide the trends because the trainer is here to stay for 2014. And I feel like it may be the year that Adidas sneaks up on Nike to claim the title for most coveted trainer. 

This style is the Gazelle and it’s faultless. Sleek, suede and oh so comfy, I think that these might just be my next purchase. Join me why don’t you?!

NEWGEN

On Day 1 of London Fashion Week I wandered into the Newgen room at Somerset House and saw that Danielle Romeril was one of the designers being exhibited and I was too excited!

I interviewed Romeril in September when I was at fashion week, when she merely had two rails in the upstairs showrooms. This year has been a whirlwind one for her with a sponsorship by Topshop Newgen. For any new designer this is the recognition they need to take their line to the next level.

I interviewed Romeril and photographed her gorgeous new collection for my paper, Nouse.

A FLASH OF LIGHT

Day 4 of London Fashion Week and my last day saw me braving the all white look. And let me tell you, when you're squashed on the tube surrounded by little people, its a nerve racking experience.

Thankfully my whites stayed white throughout my crazy busy day.

What I really want to say is how pretty are these boots?! 

Whistles finest and higher than my usual choice of footwear...after about 2 hours of walking around in them I caved in...and changed back into my AirMax. You can't say I didn't try!

Oh and this scarf was a genuine life saver (hence the reason you haven't seen me out of it!)

A CHEEKY GRIN

A cheeky grin. Excuse the moody one in the middle.

This was day 3 of fashion week after I had just tried (and failed) to crash the Topshop Unique show. But I did watch it from an upstairs window at the Tate Modern which was pretty groovy.

This outfit was pretty perfect for the weather. Dark and moody but with the bright clutch to break it up. Oh and how sexy is the backdrop?!
