11 days and counting...the diss is almost done.

Can't quite believe that three years of uni is almost up. It's crazy to think that time can go so fast.

But for now, this is the tune seeing me through the incredibly dull hours in the library, reminding me of all the ah-mazingly exciting things I've got planned for this summer.

I. Can't. Freaking. Wait.

This snap just sums up what I want this summer to be about.

Sun, stripes & a smile.

Thanks to the internet for the endless supply of summer inspiration whilst it's freezing cold in England. And not spring-like at all.

Isn't she a stunner??

An exclusive shared first on Studded Hearts, Gabriella Wilde for So It Goes Mag, an awesome and relatively new glossy that I still have yet to get my hands on.

I'm in love with this shoot, and also the incredible one with Erin Wasson ('cos you know how much I adore her) so this may be the edition I hunt down.

In other news, tomorrow is Friday. And about bloody time too.

Although work will of course continue regardless of the fact that it's the weekend, it's a nice feeling to know that it's not a Monday...or a Tuesday.

Lacking in inspiration this Monday because all I've been doing for the last week is staring at a keyboard. And a computer screen. And a book.

Appreciating this clever arrangement but unfortunately the only thing out of control is the amount of hours I spend staring at these precise keys.

But in three weeks time this will all change.

Countdown to dissertation hand in is on.

I am ALT of CTRL.

Just a quick, quite random, little post.

Got home from the library, put the kettle on and randomly stumbled across Jo Malone's interview on Desert Island Discs.

And how glad am I that I did.

She is the most inspirational lady having suffered so much in her life but also having managed to build an incredibly successful global empire.

Go have a listen if you've got a spare half hour. You won't regret it.

She's a proper #girlboss

Monday down...4 to go...although when you're spending every day in the library, what day of the week it is doesn't really matter.

But it certainly doesn't stop me from procrastinating (a lot).

And this new Free People campaign is the bomb.

I just keep dreaming of turquoise waters, fresh white kicks and an ice cold can of Coke that screams...

Summer is (nearly) upon us and so its obviously time to treat yourself to a new bag.

Come May I will be post-dissertation and so will finally be returning to my sewing machine, ready to make you the bag of your dreams.

Every single one is made to order so each is bespoke to you.

I've got three new outer colours, cream, silver and map and loads of new linings too.

To see the new photos and linings and to order a bag head over to the You're So Vain Facebook page.

What're you waiting for?!

So I'm back at my sewing machine (in between writing boring uni stuff) and dreaming of the perfect studio space.

I currently occupy a corner of a table at my parents house and, though it is pretty great, nothing can quite compare to these snaps of Anya Hindmarch's London based studio.

The stickers, the wall hangings, the amazingly decorated desks, just so groovy. It's no wonder she comes up with the ideas that she does working from such an inspirational space.

Oh well one can dream.

So here it is. The object of my admiration and obsession for the last, well pretty much year.

I know I know, everyone has them, nothing original blah blah blah.

But do you know, the real truth, I just love it.

And finally a few days ago I found my size, so into my basket it went, no questions asked.

Just in time for summer.
