You're So Vain in church

The newly-weds

Left the wedding in a vintage Rolls Royce

Instead of a wedding cake, there was a tower of cupcakes!

Tea was served

Each guest was given a cupcake in a box to take home

Guests left a message for the couple on an old typewriter

The wedding the wedding. What to say! It was the most amazing day. The sun shone (for the majority of it) and the bride, my cousin Lucy, looked incredible. The traditional wedding breakfast idea was scrapped in favour of a tea party so mountains of cakes, sandwiches and other yummy things were brought out to the guests. We drank from old champagne glasses and left notes for the bride and groom on an old typewriter-so groovy!

First dance, more dancing, cutting of the cake and throwing of the bouquet done, the happy couple sped off to their honeymoon (destination unknown..!) in a vintage car.

After a short bit of karaoke, it was back to the hotel for some much needed rest.

Outfit pics from both the day of and the day after the wedding will be up soon! Promise.
