Glossier is the beauty baby of Emily Weiss, founder of Into The Gloss and all round beauty guru. Oh and the kind of girl you wouldn't mind having a cup of tea with...or maybe make that a mojito.

Probably one of the coolest girls out there, Caroline de Maigret is a music producer and model in Paris.

I was just cruising around IntoTheGloss (as you do when you have several uni essays due but really really don't want to do them) and stumbled across this interview with her from 2012.
